meet the crockers

our mission matters to us

To get the world out of its head and into its hands

We started Crockd with a simple idea – to help people disconnect from the digital noise and reconnect with something real. Back then, we were shipping clay kits around Australia, encouraging people to ditch their phones, grab a mate, and get their hands dirty. It was all about giving people permission to slow down, to create without judgment, and to feel that spark of joy that comes from making something with your own two hands.

But something happened along the way. People wanted more. They wanted to feel that same sense of freedom, together, in person. So we opened the doors to our first Crockd Studio. One studio became two, then three, and before long, we found ourselves building a whole new kind of creative community – one filled with laughter, mess, mindfulness and a lot of clay.

Now, Crockd Studios is where our mission truly comes to life. Across our growing network of studios, thousands of people come together each week to switch off, play, and reconnect through pottery. It’s not about perfection or performance – it’s about presence. Whether it’s your first time touching clay or your hundredth, what matters is that you show up, let go, and see what happens when you let your hands lead.

We still believe art and creativity are part of the human experience. They don’t belong to the “artsy” few – they belong to everyone. Crockd exists to make creativity accessible, inclusive, and deeply human again.

We’ve evolved from clay kits on kitchen tables to full-blown studios buzzing with creative energy. But our purpose hasn’t changed. We’re still here to remind you that the best things in life come from getting a little messy.

So come as you are.

You might suck, you might not.

You might just find yourself laughing, connecting, or discovering a new part of you along the way.

So come get out of your head and into your hands @ Crockd Studios.

x Rosa, Andrew and all the team.
