The Dirty Details

A 90-minute hand building class where you and your mini get stuck into clay, coiling, pinching and building whatever you dream up. Think mugs, trinket dishes, tiny masterpieces and absolute adorable nonsense.

You get fresh aprons, friendly hosts and all the clay and tools you could want. After class you take your creations home in a cute take home box. Then you get a bonus Paint a Pot session to come back and bring the colour. 

Ages 5+. Every child must have an adult participating. One ticket equals one person. Minimum of two tickets per booking.

You will start with a fun hand building demo where our host shows you the basics. Think pinching, coiling and joining. Then it is freestyle time. You can make mugs, trinket dishes, bud vases or whatever weird and wonderful thing your mini dreams up. It is hands on. It is wholesome. It is messy in the best way.

Important deets!

Nope. Zero. None. This class is built for total beginners with tiny hands. Our hosts will show you the basics so you and your mini feel confident from the first pinch.

Just your lovely selves and your mini’s enthusiasm. We provide all clay, tools, aprons and good vibes. If your child has long hair, tying it back is helpful.

Anything comfy that you do not mind getting a little clay on. We give you aprons but clay has a way of finding its way onto sleeves, knees and sometimes noses.

For this class, we keep things simple. No BYO food or drinks please. Water bottles are fine, but everything else stays outside so little hands stay focused and safe.

You will take your unfired pieces home in a cute take home box on the day. Then you get a free Paint a Pot class to come back and paint them. Once painted, we fire them for you. Turnaround is usually about 2 weeks.
