Black Friday Sale Terms & Conditions

Sale Period

The CROCKD Black Friday Sale runs from 12:00am AEDT on Tuesday 10 November 2026 until 11:59pm AEDT on Saturday 14 November 2026, unless extended or ended earlier at CROCKD's discretion.

Discounts

  • 30% off applies only to eligible products, classes, courses and experiences as advertised during the sale period.
  • Discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, discount code, gift card promotion or special pricing unless otherwise stated.
  • Gift cards are excluded from this promotion and are not eligible for EOFY Sale discounts.
  • Private event bookings are excluded from this promotion. Private events are already offered at special event pricing and are not eligible for additional EOFY Sale discounts.

Previous Purchases

  • Purchases made before the sale start date are not eligible for partial refunds, credits or price adjustments.

  • Black Friday discounts cannot be applied retrospectively.

Availability

  • All offers are subject to availability.
  • Some classes, courses, products and session times may sell out during the promotion period.

Class & Course Bookings

  • Black Friday Sale tickets are tied to the specific class, date and time selected at checkout.
  • We understand plans change, so you'll be able to reschedule once and keep your Black Friday Sale price.
  • Need to move it again? No worries. We'll issue a studio credit for the amount you paid, which can be used towards a future booking. Any new booking will be charged at the current advertised price.
  • All bookings remain subject to CROCKD's standard cancellation, no-show and rescheduling policies.

Gift With Purchase – FREE Watercolour Paint Set

Customers who spend $120 or more in a single eligible transaction during the Black Friday Sale will receive a FREE watercolour paint set, subject to availability.

Gift With Purchase Conditions

  • Available while stocks last. Limited quantities are available.

  • Minimum spend of $120 applies to the final transaction value after discounts, excluding shipping fees and gift cards.

  • Gift card purchases do not count towards the $120 minimum spend and are not eligible for the free gift.

  • Limit of one free watercolour paint set per qualifying transaction.

  • Your free gift will be provided when you attend your booked class at a CROCKD studio.

  • Free gifts will not be shipped or delivered to customers.

  • The gift must be collected in person during your class visit.

  • The free gift cannot be exchanged, transferred, redeemed for cash or substituted for another product.

  • If an eligible booking is cancelled or refunded, entitlement to the free gift will be forfeited.

  • CROCKD reserves the right to withdraw the gift with purchase offer once stock has been exhausted.

Returns & Refunds

  • All purchases remain subject to CROCKD's standard returns, refund and booking policies.

  • Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights customers have under Australian Consumer Law.

General

  • CROCKD reserves the right to amend, extend, suspend or cancel this promotion at any time without notice.
